Do you need to have a copy of your certificates?
All the certificates for the courses you have completed on the Seably learning platform are stored on your account.
Here's a quick guide on how to download and print your certificates:
On the homepage's right sidebar (You Sidebar), you'll discover a quick link to access your certificates located beneath your name. Alternatively, you can go to your Profile's Learning History and select the 'Certificates' option.
Beside each of your certificates, there is a download option on the right side.
Clicking it will open a new page for your certificate, and from there, you can download it as a PDF file. If it does not open a new page, please reach out to your IT department for whitelisting. Here's a guide for whitelisting.
Note: In some company accounts, records of completed courses from different training platforms are saved on Seably. These certificates appear as "EXTERNAL" and Seably does not have possession of them. If that is the case, you will need to either complete the courses again on our platform to obtain a Seably certificate or reach out directly to your HR department.
