If an error message in red saying - "We were unable to process your request, please contact support!" pops up:

Please do one of these two options:

  1. Turn off auto-fill in your browser.

    • Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at the top right of the screen.)

    • Click on Settings.

    • In the "Autofill" section, expand the area for which you wish to disable Autofill.

    • Toggle the setting OFF if it is on. The system will automatically save your settings.

  2. Open an account in the incognito window.

    • Use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

      • Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.

      • On macOS: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
