If an error message in red saying - "We were unable to process your request, please contact support!" pops up:
Please do one of these two options:
Turn off auto-fill in your browser.
Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at the top right of the screen.)
Click on Settings.
In the "Autofill" section, expand the area for which you wish to disable Autofill.
Toggle the setting OFF if it is on. The system will automatically save your settings.
Open an account in the incognito window.
Use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:
Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
On macOS: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
