We use Basecamp as a project tool - within Basecamp we sometimes store user data before importing/exporting into the grander Seably Database. When a task or project is closed the data is deleted.

Via this live chat we might ask for contact details to be able answer a question for you if we can't assist you at that time. This live chat function will automatically collect information about your browser, such as type and version, and your location. We use this information so we can offer the best support, taking into account browser capabilities and possible issues with local infrastructure. Your information is saved for 45 days to be able to back log our conversations with you. We also use Intercom for mail and notification throughout the system.
